This page lists the dated changes and events posted by Québec’s casinos, gaming halls, racetrack and Playground from October 2026 to March 2027. Everything here was checked on October 7, 2026, and hours are in Eastern Time.

October

Most of October’s dated events fall in its first two weeks. The MSPT runs at Playground in Kahnawà:ke until October 12, 2026. Pré-Piknic, a brunch edition of Piknic Électronik, has its last Sunday at Casino de Montréal on October 11. It starts at 11 a.m. on the Le Jardin patio.

Trois-Rivières holds the weekend of October 10. The CRCCQ final runs at the Hippodrome 3R that Saturday at 1 p.m. Sunday races follow on October 11, 18 and 25, from 12 p.m. to about 4 p.m., and dates may change at any time. On October 11, Casino Privilèges members can ride a round-trip shuttle to the Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières, steps from the track. It leaves the Salon de jeux de Québec at 10:30 a.m. and returns at 5:30 p.m.

Casino de Charlevoix opens from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. on October 11, with tables from 10 a.m. Halloween closes the month at Casino de Montréal and Casino du Lac-Leamy on October 30 and 31. Casino de Charlevoix and both gaming halls mark it on October 31.

November and December

From October 19 to December 20, Casino de Mont-Tremblant is closed Monday to Wednesday, tables included. It opens Thursday 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to midnight. The resort shuttle keeps its own hours in that period. It runs Thursday 5 p.m. to midnight, Friday 5 p.m. to 3 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to midnight. Both schedules were checked on October 7, 2026.

Racing at the Hippodrome 3R ends on Sunday, November 1, the last race day on the 2026 calendar. The next day, Monday, November 2, 2026, the WSOP Circuit starts at Playground and runs over 15 days. Loto-Québec’s “Go for gold” poker and blackjack qualifying tournaments continue until December 31.

Into winter

The Gold Bars blackjack Grand finals are set for March 6 at Casino du Lac-Leamy. Casino de Charlevoix has posted hours to March 31, 2027, with a 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. day on March 28, 2027. Loto-Québec plans a gaming hall in Rimouski for 2027, on the grounds of the Hôtel Rimouski and its conference centre. It is not open yet, and no street address has been published.

Two notices run until further notice. Casino de Charlevoix’s public shuttle service is suspended. Lottery prizes at Casino de Mont-Tremblant can be claimed only by appointment, at 819-429-4150 or 1-877-574-2177. The TGV Snack Bar by the pool at Lac-Leamy is closed for the season and returns next summer. All three notices were checked on October 7, 2026.

Questions

Is Casino de Mont-Tremblant open on Mondays in November?

No, it is closed Monday to Wednesday from October 19 to December 20. It opens Thursday to Sunday, from 11 a.m. on Thursday and Friday and from 10 a.m. on weekends.

When is the last race day at the Hippodrome 3R this season?

The last race day on the 2026 calendar is Sunday, November 1. On Sundays the program starts at 12 p.m. Race dates may change at any time.

When do Casino de Charlevoix’s posted hours end?

The posted schedule runs until March 31, 2027. Until then it opens Sunday to Thursday 9 a.m. to midnight, and Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. On October 11 and on March 28, 2027, it is open 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Holiday hours should be checked on the venue’s own site.
